About Georgina

I am a leadership and transformation expert with over 20 years of international experience in senior operational, project and HR roles. I have walked in your shoes and felt your pain.

I combine experience, psychology and neuroscience, with simple maps and models, to make a practical difference to people and organisations.

​

A graduate of Manchester University, I have worked in the media in Global Operations Director roles, had a brief life as a Telco Programme Director, before being chosen by HR, Organisational Design/ Effectiveness and Transformation Director positions.

​

I became an independent Leadership and Transformation Consultant and Coach in 2015, and have worked with FTSE100 multinationals and SME's alike, creating value through large multi-year, multi-level development programmes, individual coaching and everything in between!

• a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF)

• accredited in a number of psychometrics and registered with the British Psychological Society.

• an accredited Centaur Leadership coach and facilitator
