Participants are required to buy into the organisation we create, and produce actual products for customers who have real money to spend. They experience what it is like to be caught in the grip of the system, the familiar disempowering scenarios and our unconscious reflex responses. And observe how as a result, they can miss crucial moments of choice.

Periodically, we freeze the action and participants reflect on what is happening and how they feel. They are given a unique opportunity to see into the worlds of others - what is happening to them. How do they feel? What stories are they telling themselves about others and what is happening? To aid understanding, a number of models and strategic frameworks are introduced and explored, and participants form a clearer view of what else might be possible?
