A practical workshop in which participants feel and react in real time, to a meeting of cultures. The experience deepens understanding of why cultural differences take such a heavy toll on mergers and integrations, and explores what options there might be for a more positive outcome.

Into an established culture, come the ‘others’ with their ‘rules’. We examine the central role dominance plays. The often unconscious rules and unspoken agreements around behaviours, manners of speech, values, ways of working, and more.

When we don't see or understand differing cultures, we inadvertently push ‘hot buttons’ that trigger misunderstanding, create conflict and derail us.

Organisation Workshop

For individual/personal learning and growth or as an exploration for team dynamics and cohesion, this simple tool creates a shared language for understanding yourself and others.

NEO-PI-3 is a psychometric based on the Big Five Personality Traits: â€‹Openness to experience (intellectual curiosity, creative imagination), Conscientiousness (organization, productiveness, responsibility), Extroversion (sociability, assertiveness), Agreeableness (compassion, respectfulness, trust in others), Neuroticism (tendencies toward anxiety and depression).

For self-reflection in a 1-2-1 debrief session, or with an additional team impact and discovery element, to aid team understanding and optimisation.
