I work to optimise organisation effectiveness and combined value, by understanding how the work works, and supporting leaders to make commitments to one another about who and how they will be for one another and the business.

Creating a safe space where people can deliver and innovate, giving the guidance and space your people need to be the best they can be and acknowledging outcome. Challenging behaviour. Experiencing difficulty? I work with teams who are struggling to gel or have challenging behavioural issues, to expose root causes and bring additional levels of understanding and connection. I challenge the unconscious assumption often held that 'everyone is pretty much like me', and help you work through the psychological dynamics of the team, with science and empathy.
