It really does take a village

So honoured that the programme I designed and direct on behalf of a client, received an Excellence Award AND the special award for Excellence in Project Management, after being a top 10 finalist in the Hong Kong Management Association Excellence in Training and Development awards.

This programme was a departure for me personally, in that although it was about leadership development, it was also about developing excellence in project management. Luckily as I was working in partnership, I had access to the best global faculty in both disciplines, and an incredible contributor and guide to help us achieve external accreditation.

I’m super proud of the programme and the awards it has received, but mostly it is a reminder that the key to success is the right collaboration. Trusting partnerships, true experts and generous contribution have characterised this project, and meant that even in the challenging and complex times there has been support and joy.
